Thanks! I needed to know how this would work as i have some professional expensive shields that I want to get scratches out. I may have to just bite the bullet and buy new . So I will have to be annoyed by scratches until then . I know restoring it will be out of my scope . Appreciate this video!!

Because there is a little bit of fuel left in the bottom of the bowl that does not get sucked up when running carb dry.

In a recent test, using side to side strokes on the blade produced the worst edge. Second worst was with the blade. The best was grinding/filing in straight strokes from blade towards spine.

I recall using circuit testers on OBD2 plugs when I didn't have a scan tool ( you can count pulses for error codes ). If I had used an incandescent tester I could have fried the ECU. Definite young player trap.

There are time were you 100% want a small load on the circuit. It's become VERY handy in automotive work with shotty connections and electrical gremlins. VERY handy. So the "less draw is better" argument is needs a HUGE caveat.

Suggestion, take the water filter and relocate as far away from compressor as possible. These only will capture some liquids that condense out due to cooling. Air leaving the top of a compressor is hot and the water is in a vapor state which almost everything will pass directly thru the filter. Replacing couplers to high flow is good, replacing couplers with new will most likely eliminate leaks from old couplers. About 30% of all the compressed air produced in the world is from leaks.
